WONDER WOMEN is coming fast to CODE RED
Due to unforeseen circumstances , CODE RED has to stop everything to release the authorized release of the Robert Vincent O'Neil's action film WONDER WOMEN asap as we licensed the film from it's owner Films Around The World. We were original planning to wait for the removable of the camera negatives, but due to unforeseen circumstances we have very little time. We mastered a 35mm rental print and the release will be another double bill (in hopes it'll get more people to buy it), but will include O'Neil commentary with Nathaniel Thompson. Please support our release and buy CODE RED product.

CODE RED enters in THE FOLKS AT RED WOLF INN (aka TERROR HOUSE)
CODE RED signs a deal with producer Michael Macready (COUNT YORGA, VAMPIRE) for the first authorized DVD release of the 1972 cult classic THE FOLKS AT RED WOLF INN, which was later re-released in the 80's as TERROR HOUSE. (Siskel & Ebert gave the film "DOG OF THE WEEK"!) Linda Gillen, Janet Wood and Margaret Avery star as three girls who win a contest for an all paid vacation at a waterside inn that holds a very dark secret....CANNIBALISM! It’s a tongue in cheek comedy-suspense-horror film from the 70’s in the mold of drive-in fare like American International. This release will present the film for the first time UNCUT! Code Red has made many recent announcements that didn't seem to cut the mustard with kids at the message boards, but hopefully a little nostalgia horror might strike a cord with some of these fans.

CLASS OF 74 / GABRIELLA GABRIELLA BOTH VERSION COMING TO DVD!
Mack Bing's 1972 GABRIELLA was a confusing poorly put together sex movie which really didn't make much sense. 2 years later, General Films and Arthur Marks bought the film and took 1/3 of that film and shot new footage with Pat Woodell, Marki Bey, Sondra Currie and got Barbara Mills back as her title character Gabriella to make a film that make sense. According to imdb the film grossed $4,000,000 (USA) in 1974! CODE RED and Films Around The World is proud to present CLASS OF 74 from the original negatives (only reel 1/10min had to be from a damaged print as Reel 1A was missing). and original GABRIELLA (from a preserved 35mm release print) as a double bill release. So it's drive-in fun as you can watch both film! One movie, two different version!
coming soon on code red.

And finally the biggest announcement is JUST BEFORE DAWN, and this time it's nice and clean and in HD, as I spared no expense to do this one right from the original interneg.
Many people tried to put me out of business by sabotage projects, but thanks to God creating credit cards, you can't stop Code Red. Selling direct is keeping Code Red alive, and being a bully to Code Red just shows how immature some adults are who hide behind the computer. Thanks to everyone who bought and supported Code Red as we all struggled through some very rocky years. Much appreciated and God bless you all.

last chance for MADMAN
2011 was a rough year for Code Red as titles like NIGHTMARE didn't even sell the amount people on the web boasted it would, and I simply can’t keep all titles in print indefinitely. Some titles will never be re-pressed again; that’s a hard fact. In 2012, Code Red started selling direct as we eliminated the middleman and letting the stores get 60% off, and sales were very small, but still, getting the entire amount proved to be a success overall and kept the company alive. The first title, GHOSTKEEPER, proved to be a success, although later titles like THE BABYSITTER proved to be flops, but several titles like RETRIBUTION and PEOPLE WHO OWN THE DARK seem to be doing well. So direct sales is where we will continue for now. We had some new titles at the tail end of 2012 like DEVIL'S THREE, HEATED VENGEANCE, and SINNER'S BLOOD, but also re-pressed THE VISITOR, NIGHT OF THE DEMON, WITCHMAKER, and JULIE DARLING. Some of the represses did okay, but some did very little business, so repressing doesn't seem overall to be heading towards the right direction for survival. People have to realize that Code Red is not a multi-million dollar company like others and can't keep these things in print forever, so if you want them, buy them now.
We are going to press 500 more copies of MADMAN, so if you missed it then, buy it now, because we are not going to press it ever again.

MESSAGE FROM GUY MAGAR
Hello Friends
I wish to bring to your attention that my first feature - RETRIBUTION – was just rereleased for the first time ever on DVD and in celebration of its 25th anniversary since it was first released in 1987. I’m sure that most of you have never seen it and so here is an opportunity to view at home this revenge-themed suspense/thriller about “soul possession” which was inspired at the time by THE EXORCIST.
Also, it is the first film where I play the “taxi driver” which I continued doing as a fun “Hitchcockian” signature in the rest of my features. This movie is also full of special effects which we did the hard way on-camera since this is before computer digital effects and is pretty amazing to see what could be done in those days for just a $1.25-million budget when you’re lean and mean and hungry to make a first film! The music score alone is quite exceptional and will engage and enthrall you.
Finally, if you love movies and enjoy knowing how they are made, this anniversary edition includes a bonus feature of a 2-hour “director’s commentary track” which I recorded earlier this year explaining the thought process of every scene, which is a lot of fun to listen to and is very instructive about how the film was made as you watch it.
You can own this 25th anniversary DVD for just $20 plus shipping anywhere in the world. I’m asking each of you to purchase a copy and own it in your DVD library as I promised my distributor (Code Red) that we will sell out his first pressing and he’ll have to reorder many more times. Here is the direct RETRIBUTION product page: just scroll to the bottom and click on ADD TO CART…it will take you to a PayPal payment page or you can use any credit card you wish fast and easy:

If you prefer ordering through Amazon, it’s a couple of dollars more there at: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008MP17FC/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&seller=&tag=vglnk-c25-20
I’m very grateful for your purchase of this DVD which took me two years to make happen. Though it was only available on VHS 25 years ago, it has since become sort of a cult film in the thriller/horror genre world and I would like a new generation of film lovers to enjoy this re-issue. Please help me make it a success and own a DVD copy of this “Guy Magar” first movie.
I thank you in advance for your kind support and enjoy the film…and please let me know your thoughts after you see it. I can promise it will give you an exciting evening of film entertainment and scare the heck out of you and guests!
All the best

CLEOPATRA WONG ROAMS AT CODE RED
Due to several requests and after Dark Sky's critically favored dvd release of THEY CALL HER CLEOPATRA WONG, Code Red is going to release another sought after Filipino action film, DEVIL'S THREE (aka PAY OR DIE).
When crime lord Lucifer Devilin's (Johnny Wilson) daughter is kidnapped by his employee, he asks his arch nemesis Cleopatra Wong (Marrie Lee) to find her and bring her back alive. Wong employs homosexual Tony Del Rios (played over the top by Franco Guerrero, ONE ARMED EXECUTIONER) and an obese fat lady, Rotunda, to find Devilin's daughter and help out on the mission. This politically incorrect comedy action film played on 42nd Street via Terry Levene's Aquarius Releasing as PAY OR DIE with a Kung-fu like poster!
Code Red has access to the original 35MM camera negatives, which were in miserable shape (seems like some idiot spilled alcohol on it, maybe to keep people away from the film), but we did the best we could in a painstaking restoration. Like Leo Fong once said, "Philippine filmmakers do not take care of negatives." Well, he was correct for reel 1 is in terrible shape. A reason for celebration, though, is that the film is the uncut full 99 minute version! (You can throw away the best selling 92 minute dvd-r version from Shocking Video.)
Director Bobby Suarez died in 2010, so PLLLLEEEEAAASE don't be a complainer and demand a commentary from him on the disc. Deceased people can't come back to life to be on dvd. So be nice or Cleopatra Wong will kick your butt! More news to come, so keep checking in.
